PELATIHAN MEDIA ICT ”EDMODO” BAGI GURU SDIT NU TELUKJAMBE TIMUR KARAWANG

ABSTRAKMedia pembelajaran berbasis online atau kelas virtual cukup populer dikalangan para guru dalam proses pembelajaran, karena mudahnya akses dan ketepatan penyampaian informasinya. Salah satu media yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran ialah Edmodo. Media berbasis aplikasi belajar ini diyakini menyediakan dan menyesuaikan pembelajaran secara virtual. Disamping itu, Edmodo juga hadir dengan fitur-fitur seperti: diskusi, quiz, agenda pembelajaran, pemeriksaan tugas, dan pemberian nilai pada setiap pembelajaran. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran Edmodo bagi guru dalam menunjang aktivitas pembelajaran di SDIT NU Telukjambe Timur Karawang. Selain itu pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dalam menanggulangi kurangnya media pembelajaran berbasis online agar proses ajar-mengajar lebih luas, cepat, dan menyenangkan. Pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan praktik penggunaan Edmodo. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah guru memperoleh wawasan terhadap E-Learning dengan menggunakan media Edmodo. Selain itu pelatihan media ICT “Edmodo” ini, guru merasa senang dan puas dengan adanya pelatihan ini, karena dengan adanya memanfaatkan media Edmodo sebagai media pembelajaran, mereka dapat mengemas pembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan menyenangkan. Kata kunci: pelatihan; media ICT; edmodo. ABSTRACTOnline-based learning media or virtual classes are quite popular among teachers in the learning process, because of the easy access and accuracy of delivering information. One of the media used in the learning process is Edmodo. This learning application-based media is believed to provide and adapt virtual learning. In addition, Edmodo also comes with features such as: discussions, quizzes, learning agendas, examination of assignments, and giving grades for each lesson. This training aims to introduce the use of Edmodo learning media for teachers in supporting learning activities at SDIT NU Telukjambe Timur Karawang. In addition, this training is expected to be a solution in overcoming the lack of online-based learning media so that the teaching-learning process is wider, faster, and fun. The implementation of this community service program is carried out using the lecture method, question and answer, discussion and practice of using Edmodo. The result of this activity is that the teacher gains insight into E-Learning by using the Edmood media. In addition to this "Edmodo" ICT media training, teachers feel happy and satisfied with this training, because by utilizing Edmodo media as a learning medium, they can package learning to be more effective, efficient, and fun. Keywords: training; ICT media; edmodo.

Wheat Flour Substitution with Retrograded Banana Flour to Produce Cookies Possessing Good Physical Characteristics and Low Glycemic Index

Diabetes Mellitus is one of degenerative diseases (DM) affecting many people around the world. It is thus important to prevent DM by choosing the right food with low in glycemic index (GI). Modified banana flour-based low GI cookies could be the solution in which the modification may be carried out by retrograding the flour. The purpose of this study was to determine the right proportion between retrogradated banana flour and wheat flour to produce cookies with low glycemic index and good characteristics. The method was randomized block design with six treatments and three time replications. The treatments were ratio (in percentage) of modified (retrogradated) banana flour with wheat flour 0:100, 50:50, 60:40, 70:30, 80:20, and 90:10. The result showed that cookies made of 90 % retrogradated banana flour and 10 % wheat flour was the best treatment with GI value of 57,20. Physical analysis comprised of hardness and lightness (L*) were around 1593.44 gF and 57,22, respectively. Keyword: wheat flour, glycemic index, cookies, retrogradated banana flou

Perencanaan Arsitektur Enterprise Sistem Informasi Manufaktur Menggunakan Togaf (Studi Kasus Pt. Pindo Deli Pulp And Peper Mills)

Implementasi sistem informasi di PT. Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills saat ini masih berjalan secara parsial untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan. Terjadinya hal yang demikian disebabkan kurangnya perencanaan dalam proses pengembangan sistem informasi. Begitu juga dengan penerapan infrastruktur teknologi informasi masih berorientasi pada hasil akhir, akibat terjadi kurangnya kesadaran akan perencanaan arsitektur teknologi informasi. Oleh karenanya, sangat diperlukan penerapan arsitektur sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis. Dalam penelitian ini perencanaan arsitektur menggunakan TOGAF dengan melewati tahapan- tahapan berikut : perencanaan arsitektur visi, arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur sistem informasi, arsitektur teknologi, solusi dan peluang, perencanaan migrasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perencanaan arsitektur enterprise sistem informasi manufaktur pada PT. Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills yang dapat menunjang implementasi sistem informasi perusahaan secara menyeluruh, menyelesaikan permasalahan integrasi sistem informasi, serta meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pada implementasi infrastruktur teknologi informasi

Designing and Building Client-Server Based Student Admission Applications

Admission of New Students is a routine activity organized by the Educational Institution. Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is included in out-of-school education in the age range of two to five years, the goal is to help improve physical and spiritual growth and development so that children have the readiness to enter further education. Admission of New Students to Al-Qudwah is still done using prospective students visiting Al-Qudwah and filling out the registration form with paper. New Student Admission Application at Al Quwah aims to promote the school to the community at large and can also be registered without parents of prospective students visiting educational institutions. This application makes it easy for parents of prospective students to find out the facilities and infrastructure and the information available on Al Quwah. We built this application using HTML and PHP programming languages with the PHP MySQL database and using the waterfall method

PENERAPAN ALGORTIMA RANDOM FOREST UNTUK KLASIFIKASI KAB KOTA PROVINSI JAWA BARAT BERDASARKAN PENDAPATAN SEKTOR PERTANIAN

Kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan yang ada Provinsi Jawa Barat, yang jauh dari perkotaan, tidak lepasdari pendapatan utamanya adalah di sektor pertanian. Sektor pertanian meliputi beberapa sektor,kondisinya masih banyak ditemukan dibawah garis kemiskinan. Karena fasilitas dan pembiayaan masihminim dari pemerintah setempat. Mengingat akar permasalahannya adalah hampir semua desa yang adadi kab kota tidak mempunyai data yang benar, akurat dan tepat tentang kondisi permasalahan danpotensi desa yang dimiliki. Dengan penelitian ini dapat diharapkan salah satu cara untuk menganalisadata pendapatan dari sektor pertanian, baik potensi yang dimiliki, agar dapat lebih baik dalampengambilan keputusan. Dan teknik pengolahan data ini bisa diimplemetasikan bagi pemerintahsetempat untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan pertaniannya. Untuk seleksi fitur dalam penelitian iniadalah menggunakan algoritma Random Forest untuk mengklasifikasikan data secara otomatis denganhasil akhir keberhasilan algoritmanya di peroleh tingkat akurasi 87,50 %.Kata kunci: Datamining, Klasifikasi, Random forest, Pertania

KARAKTERISTIK DAN SENYAWA FENOLIK MIKROKAPSUL EKSTRAK DAUN KELOR (Moringa oleifera) DENGAN KOMBINASI MALTODEKSTRIN DAN WHEY PROTEIN ISOLAT

Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera) have bioactive components such as phenolic compounds, which have antioxidant activity and are beneficial for health, such as preventing free radicals, anticancer and antidiabetic. Bioactive ingredients from Moringa leaves have weaknesses namely, they are sensitive to heat, light, and oxygen, so an encapsulation process is needed to minimize the loss of bioactive compounds in the extract. This study aimed to determine the effect of coating ingredients from maltodextrin and Whey Protein Isolate with ratios (1:3 and 3:1) on the characteristics of Moringa leaf extract microcapsules. This research is descriptive research with three repetitions. Dried moringa leaves were extracted using ethanol solvent with the Ultrasound-Assisted Extraction (UAE) method. The extract obtained was encapsulated and spray-dried at an inlet temperature of 125°C. The results showed that Moringa leaf extract had a phenolic content of 590.25 ± 1.12 (mg GAE/g), a flavonoid content of 173.96 ± 1.57 mg QE/g and an IC50 value of 52.74 µg/mL. The combination of maltodextrin and whey protein isolate (WPI) coating materials with ratios (1:3 and 3:1) produced yield values (53.66 ± 2.25 % and 60.78 ± 4.60%), water content (3.49 ± 0.35 % and 3.73 ± 0.4 %), solubility (95 ± 0.03% and 86 ± 0.08 %), total phenolic (377.21 ± 0.82 mg GAE/g and 349.88 ± 1, 64 mg GAE/g), total flavonoids (101.32 ± 3.36 mg QE/g and 86.35 ± 2.81 mg QE/g), IC50 (88.22 ± 0.68 µg/mL and 149, 65 ± 4.03 µg/mL) and encapsulation efficiency (63.94% and 59.31%) and the resulting colour leads to a green colour. WORKSHOP PEMBUATAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF PADA KETERAMPILAN MEMBACA BAHASA INGGRIS BAGI GURU-GURU SMP

ABSTRAKEra revolusi 5.0 memiliki peran penting dalam sektor kehidupan, tidak terkecuali sektor pendidikan. Kebutuhan implementasi teknologi dalam sektor pendidikan merupakan penunjang terbentuknya siswa berkarakter dan berdaya saing tinggi. Pembuatan multimedia interaktif diaktualisasikan sebagai respon perkembangan teknologi yang mengacu langsung terhadap produk digital sebagai media pada pembelajaran membaca bahasa Inggris. Workshop ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru-guru SMPN 1 Cilamaya Kulon dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis digital dengan menggunakan Microsoft Powerpoint.  Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan dan workshop dengan melibatkan 3 tahapan pelaksanaan, yaitu (1) pra-kegiatan (2) pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan (3) evaluasi pelaksanaan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa program kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat mampu meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam berteknologi untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran yang kreatif, inovatif, dan interaktif. Kata kunci: keterampilan membaca bahasa inggris; media pembelajaran interaktif; workshop. ABSTRACTThe era of revolution 5.0 has an important role in the life sector, and the education sector is no exception. The need for technology implementation in the education sector is a support for the formation of students with high character and competitiveness. The creation of interactive multimedia is actualized as a response to technological developments that refer directly to digital products as a medium for learning to read English. This workshop was held with the aim of improving the competence of knowledge and skills of teachers of SMPN 1 Cilamaya Kulon in making digital-based interactive learning media using Microsoft Powerpoint.  This community service activity is carried out using training and workshop methods involving 3 stages of implementation, namely (1) pre-activity (2) implementation of activities, and (3) evaluation of implementation. PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM MONITORING PETERNAKAN AYAM BROILER BERBASIS INTERNET OF THINGS

Peternakan ayam broiler salah satu jenis usaha yang mudah diterapkan dan memiliki permintaan tinggi. Masalah yang terjadi terkait pemberian pakan masih secara manual berdasarkan jadwal, sehingga membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga yang banyak dari peternak. Masalah yang lain tidak ada pengontrolan suhu dan kelembapan kandang mengakibatkan ayam kedinginan dan mudah terserang penyakit. Sehingga menyulitkan para peternak saat tidak dapat memantau suhu dan kelembapan di kandang. Berdasarkan masalah yang ada maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat Sistem Monitoring Peternakan Ayam Broiler Berbasis Internet Of Things (IoT) berbasis website. Hasilnya dengan monitoring menggunakan sistem ini dapat meningkatkan pengawasan peternak terhadap suhu dan kelembapan pada kandang ayam broiler serta pengawasan terhadap stok pakan ayam broiler, dengan hasil pengujian Blackbox dapat menilai fungsi kinerja alat dan sistem dengan nilai hasil 100% dari 25 kali pengujian yang sesuai dan pengujian berbentuk presentase nilai rata-rata selisih suhu sebesar 1.07 Celcius sedangkan presentase nilai rata-rata selisih kelembapan 5.7% dengan membandingkan nilai dari sensor DHT11 dan alat HTC-02
